I RESET MY RUKU TV EVEN THE RESET REMOTE NOTHING IS WORKING JUST SOUND

Have you tried contacting RCA support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.

I went to my cell phone and went on the Roku app and play a movie and transferred the movie to my black screen TV device I can hear the sound and then I stopped it turned it off and then turned it back on and it was playing so try transfer the phone Roku to the TV and see what happened it worked for me
