Purchased the 70" Roku TV - Ethernet into TV stopped working immediately, within 60 days of purchase.
I contact support and provided all the details of the purchase and the fact I (Reset TV 3 times) worked until I cut the TV off, then Ethernet direct connect not working again
It took 4 days just for them to tell me to contact JVC Support and provided a BAD LINK for that.... I then requested a New Link and contact details for JVC Support.... It's been a week and finally a response that JVC would handle this email support request. This company is terrible and their support is worst ... I will Never buy another Roku item.
