I purchased a 65” Pro Series through Amazon and received it on January 6, 2025. Last night it went to blue screen while watching a show. I spent close to an hour today in the phone with Roku customer service, and in the end they are replacing my TV under warranty.
My issue is I won’t receive the replacement until 10-15 days because it’s coming through a 3rd party. Maybe it’s me but I find that unacceptable.
