Pairing one remote causes the second remote to quit working

Jump to solution

I have just gotten and  set up the Roku Streambar which came with an enhanced remote.  I already had an enhanced remote that I used with the Roku I was replacing.  When I pair one of the remotes, the second remote, which had been paired, no longer works.  Surely you can have more than one remote paired to the device, can't you?

Yes, it shouldn't be a problem. I don't own the Streambar, but I have Roku Soundbar I just looked it has 7 remotes paired to it. I only use it for sound and testing remotes. 🙂
