Overheating message. Roku tv so no device attached

I have a new Onn Roku tv. Because it’s a Roku tv, I don’t have an external device attached. I keep getting an ongoing device overheating message and can’t find help online because it’s not an external device, it’s built into tv.  There is no device attached to be overheating. I’ve tried everything, including a factory reset. Nothing works.  Help!

Have you tried contacting Onn support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their products running the Roku OS.
