So my onn tv used to be set up where the power and volume buttons on the Roku remote worked with the tv because I had lost the actual remote to the tv. All of a sudden my tv does not work with the power and volume button and it says it’s unable to set up the remote to the tv. The music plays and never stops, but I don’t understand because it used to be set up.

Is the roku buried behind the tv? Just during programming the tv its best to have line of sight from the remote to the roku and tv. And have NEW batteries.

Yeah, the HDMI plug in is behind, kind of on the right middle part of the tv, so it’s kind of hidden. I’m also assuming batteries had something to do with it, as the batteries are dying in it.
