We have the same problem. I've tried every sound setting and nothing works. I think they made them this way on purpose so that you have to purchase a sound bar.

i tried resetting picture/volume did not help much on paramount too loud on amazon roku perfect it seems like we are being forced in to buying channels thru roku.i get paramount free from walmart plus and i hav ea credit account with amazon and all channels on more effective background. i won't order anything from roku again this is outrageous
