I have a new 65" Onn TV that stretches them image to full screen in the Plex app when it should be letterbox. It does not do it on my 55" Onn TV. Any ideas how to fix it???

Thanks for letting us know about the problem you had with the Plex channel on your Roku TV. We're here to help. Please try to update the channel by highlighting the channel tile, pressing the star button on your Roku remote, and selecting "check for updates."

I did try updating the app. It didn't fix the issue. I have no issues with the Plex app on my other Roku TV's, just the new Onn TV.

It started when I purchased a new Onn brand TV last week. No issues with any other Roku TVs or stand alone Roku boxes. Just this one TV. First picture is with the Plex app built into the TV. It is stretched and full screen. The 2nd photo is with the same TV but using a stand alone Roku player. It is letterboxed like it should be.

If your Roku streaming player is unable to correctly detect your TV's capabilities, you may wish to configure the display type yourself. Follow the steps below to manually change your display type setting.

There is no "Display" option under the settings.
There is that option on the stand alone roku box but I'm not having an issue with it. It works fine with the Plex app on the Onn TV. The issue is with the Roku system running on the Onn TV itself.
