I have the Onn Roku tv it was working fine for a while I had lost the remote a while back so I was using the remote on my phone through wifi until my wifi box broke and I got a new one then the tv was no longer connected to the wifi so I couldn't connect to it so I bought 2 new remotes the voice remote and I have one of the basic remotes neither one will connect to the TV the one with the pairing button on the back turns the tv on and off but won't do anything else iv trying holding in the pairing button it just keeps blinking and nothing happens the other remote does nothing I reset the tv so I'm stuck on the let's get started screen I don't know what to do I want to get the tv working so I can hook my Xbox up to it

You will need a physical remote to connect your Roku TV to your wireless network.

Please contact your TV's manufacturer directly to report this issue and request additional support. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
