@Hairstonr7, if you have an onn TV as this thread would suggest, they're the ones that would have to replace it.
it’s still not working and it’s been 3 days!!! it should not take that long if the update was bugged, please fix this issue already!!
Thank you for your post.
We wanted to inform you that we are still investigating the issue you reported. We hope to provide you with a more detailed update as soon as we have more information.
Thank you for your continued patience. Please feel free to reach out if you have any additional feedback.

it looks like some recent upgrade or feature must have bricked a lot of roku tvs. (in my case, it came on when I tried to stream audio to the TV.)
the wireless update fails too fast. it doesn't even seem to try to connect to a server.
the USB update process is also hosed. the onn. roku TV update asks me for the 6-digit response code that the website gave me, but the website doesn't give me any code. the website is asking me for a 12-digit code that is shown on my TV in a location that is not on my screen. (does it mean the device id? serial number? either gets me an "Oops! That didn't work" response on the website.). so, PLEASE, what is the 6-digit response code to continue my attempt to do a USB-based update?
my own information is
CTF.04E12221A
X01200TAKLE4
S13X338AKLE4
G891X
100044717
Who would/should I contact now? Onn? Roku? TV is less than a year old, but this is obviously a software bug, rather than a fault.
Thanks for the information,
We will forward it to the appropriate Roku team for further investigation. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Cheers,
Arjiemar
