do a POWER DRAIN on your TV. This helps to drain the power completely from your TV by which the connections get refreshed.

Unplug the power cord of the TV from the Wall Outlet

-> Press and hold the POWER button on the TV for 30 secs

-> Plug the TV back directly to the Wall Outlet, turn ON and check if the issue is resolved.

Hi I did the factory reset and it worked for a day and now no sound within shows/movies again. Factory reset is not the answer.
