Onn 40” TV sound in/out

Hello, I bought my onn 40” tv 2 days ago, I have been having the issue for a few minutes the audio is fine, but then the audio cuts out for about 5 seconds. And than comes right back on. Can you help me resolve this issue please. I have reset the audio settings, tried restarting the tv etc.

I bought my TV on Black Friday if that means anything.

Last night it was gurgling and this morning there is no volume. I have tried many things and nothing. What do I do next?

I had the same problem with a 32";  contacted product support and they walked me through this which worked:

do a POWER DRAIN on your TV. This helps to drain the power completely from your TV by which the connections get refreshed.

Unplug the power cord of the TV from the Wall Outlet

-> Press and hold the POWER button on the TV for 30 secs

-> Plug the TV back directly to the Wall Outlet, turn ON and check if the issue is resolved.
