Onn 32” tv has no sound roku tv

I got a used 0nn 32 inch tv with built in Roku, but it has no sound.  I tried resetting the tv and using a different outlet.  Any ideas?

After resetting did it start at language? If not it didn't reset. To reset you have to have the roku tv powered, then press and hold the reset button for at least 30 seconds!! No matter what is pictured on screen. Then if the reset went through, you're start at language, then enter internet credentials, it will update,  now you enter your email, and finish activating the roku on your cellphone or computer.

I was able to reset the tv fully.  Everything works except for sound.

Thanks for the post.

The issue you are experiencing may be related to a hardware issue. Have you tried contacting Onn support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their products running the Roku OS.
