Hi, @WoltzMark

Welcome!

I understand that you've encountered an issue with two of your Roku devices that do not work, and I'm here to gather additional details to help.

Share with us the info below...

  • What specific Roku device model is not working?
  • What do you see on the screen?
  • Is this your first time setting up that specific Roku device?

Keep us posted.

Thanks,

What, specifically, doesn't the downstairs TV do?  Is this a problem connecting to your WiFi? If so, where is the WiFi/router in relation to the TV that doesn't work?
