I just had this same issue. Turned on my Roku Streambar Pro, made sure everything is up to date, then opened Roku channel and when I chose to play something it refused to do so, nothing else would occur. I've factory reset. I've uninstalled Roku channel, restarted and re-added. And no matter what I do nothing will play on Roku channel. Every other channel I use plays without any issues, Roku channel is the only channel I have the issue with.
Side note, this is my third Roku Streambar Pro and I've had multiple issues... Wish these issues would cease to continue.
