[OS 11.0] Network Issues with Insignia Roku TV

Hi,

I'm having the same issues. This is the only Insignia TV I have but the TCL Roku has no problems. I'll be watching something and the signal just goes out. I have to go back to home and do a system restart everytime. I've already unplugged my modem tons of times and no luck. It's only this TV, all my other devices continue to be connected but this TV always goes out. I can't even watch a show without being interrupted. Hope you can help. thanks.

-when did you start to experiencing this issue-started a few months ago, more frequent problems now.

Thanks for the post.

We would be more than happy to look further into this issue for you.

Can you please provide us the following information:
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing 
-do you see this issue occur if you connect to an alternate wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot
-who is your ISP (internet service provider)

With more detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.
