@keenilys The speakers aren’t a pair. It’s kinda odd that both would be bad. Did you buy them from Roku? Amazon? Walmart? If you bought them off Amazon are you sure they weren’t refurbished?

I bought them from Amazon as Roku does not officially sell these in Canada. In case anyone has this same issue the replacement copy worked perfectly and it found them really quickly. I think just one was dead but it was somehow messing up both. Thank you for all your help 🙂

Glad it worked out for you. Pick up the subwoofer when you can. Makes all the difference
