Not of the apps working on the Roku tv, what should I do? I powered the Roku tv off, restarted it, nothing

Are you getting any error messages or error codes while trying to play a content? When did the issue start? Please try to restart your modem and router by unplugging them from the wall outlet for a minute and plugging them back in right after.
