Hello!
Been having an issue with my surround sound lately. When I press the * and go to sound settings, I no longer have any Surround Sound options. Just the basic Sound Mode, Volume Mode, Voice Clarity, and Expanded Stereo.
If I go to the input for the Smart Soundbar and stream from there, the surround sound works great and I get all of the surround sound settings (Surround Level, and Expanded Stereo grayed out)
What is causing this??? Does anyone know? The reason it is an issue is because the Roku TV is more powerful than the Soundbar for streaming, as it allows Dolby Vision etc.
