No channels working on brand new onn. Soundbar

Issue I'd 95-266-407

No channels work. I already returned one to walmart thinking it was the remote. Every time I boot an app within seconds it goes right back to the home screen. I've rebooted, I've uninstalled all apps and rebooted and then reinstalled the apps and same issue. I've turned off bandwidth saver. Ive factory reset and still nothing. Please help.

Thanks for the post.

Can you please provide us with the following information:
-serial number
-device ID
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-when did this issue start to occur

With this information, we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate team to look further into.
