I have a 55 “ Roku TV and I noticed after I got the streambar pro installed and working, I had no on screen volume control with enclosed remote. I did have volume control with the new remote, as I could tell by pressing the volume button the sound would go up, or go down when I pressed the other end of button. I believe we got use to seeing the numbers so we could see where to set the sound, and not have to go up and down to find a volume which is right for us as we watch a show. I realize this may seem trivial, but it would appreciated if we could get our volume reading back on the screen.
Thanks for the post.
Are you using the Roku TV to stream your content or are you using the Roku Streambar interface? In addition, which remote are you using to control the volume?
With more detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.
Thanks,
Danny
Try refreshing the cec devices in the settings of the roku tv:
settings> system> control other devices (CEC)> search for cec devices>
What icon is the on-screen volume indicator using, a single horn, full speaker in closure, or soundbar?
