No access to Roku channel on Sharp/Roku TV after June 1st

On June 1st the access to the Roku streaming channel on our Sharp / Roku TV no longer works. When we select that service the TV just goes back to the selection menu. Sharp did noy have a software update on June 1st, did Roku change something?

Does the issue only occur on The Roku Channel or across other channels installed on your Roku device?

If you haven't tried yet, you can remove the affected channel and then re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.
