No Volume For Roku TV

So I've had this 65 inch Hisense Roku TV for less than 2 months. And a couple of days ago I had this issue where the volume wasn't working when I cut the tv on, it wasn't working on apps, it wasn't working in the menu, it wasn't on mute. So I unplugged the tv and plugged it back in and the volume came back. Every time now when I cut my tv on no volume and it's really annoying getting up and unplugging it every time. I can't return the tv because I no longer have the box and its past the return period. I'm annoyed and want a one time fix for this please.

If you are unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

Once we have this information we will be able to look further into the issue.
