I have a soundbar that is less than a year old and I can't even find a way to get ahold of anyone at Roku. I plug in my serial number at the customer service page and it keeps telling me it's invalid. I've checked and rechecked it several times. Does anyone have any input on where to go from here? This is the most ridiculous customer service I have ever seen! It's non existent!!

You will have to choose options in the drop down menus until you get to the end. (if your serial number is not working, you may want to choose a different option until you get to the last page) once options are chosen, the site will eventually give you the option to call email, chat etc.
