I have the Roku Ultra Model 4802X with software version 11.5.0, build 4235-C2. Once I pair and connect any bluetooth headphones through 'Settings'-'Devices & Remotes'-'Wireless Headphones', there is no sound coming through the headphones. I am able to connect any bluetooth headphones to my phone and the sound comes through the headphones when using the Roku mobile app so the headphones are not the issue.
