Am i an idiot? Bought a new tv and keep trying to activate my roku, keeps saying my email is not recognized although and i am logged into this website and i have another tv in my house connected with roku. How do i fix this before i freak out?
Try an alternative email address
On the current working Roku -- what email address is shown via Settings > System > About?
Is this the address you are attempting to link the new Roku to?
I have tried this also. Still happening.
It is my same email. Even created another email and tried that way and it still keeps saying “we can’t seem to reach you by email” and im not receiving any emails to link it through.
