New batteries green light stays on and won't work

Same problem here. Can you tell us what to do here instead of asking all those un-useful information ? I have a TCL TV with Ultra enhanced remote Roku and the green light stay ON. I have done everything the troobleshoot said. What is the problem ?

Please be advised that remotes for Roku TVs are manufactured directly by the TV manufacturer. We would recommend reaching out to their support team to report the issue and for further help.
