New Streambar losing talk when the audience is laughing or sound is playing.
when watching a show if there is music playing the actors talking is very low till the music stops.
turned off leveling and bass with no luck.

-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-specific content title that you see this issue occur
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
Once we have this information we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate Roku team to investigate further.

This happens when watching Directv thru my cable box on any channel, Not watching Roku Channels.

Stream bar is hooked up to LG TV thru HDMI Cable
Ok I just watched Roku channels tonight and no issues like above.
Seems to be happening only on the Directv Box when watching shows.
Any help with this issues. Or do I need to return this
