I had this streambar replaced due to distorted sound and voices sounded like going through a tunnel. I’m having the same distorted sound coming from this brand new streambar. It’s never been above level 40 on volume.

I have the same problem, good luck with support. Many many others having same issue. Working with support but they just keep giving me things to try that make to improvement, then no callback. The latest was the CEC setting. Really??? of course it was already on. And why would my TV affect the sound coming out of my soundbar. Just help to get the word out that this product is junk, and like so many companies that used to be great roku is dying.
Yeah, this is the replacement for the first one I had issues with. Having the exact same issue with this one. I’ve never had the volume above 40. Why have all the sound settings if the product is going to make the noise like it’s blown a speaker? At this point, I thinking of either a refund or an upgrade at a discounted price…
I have the same problem. I have now tried 3 Streambars and all have the same sound issues, crackling and distortions. I also have a new (before Christmas) ROKU 4k TV. We have tried all the disconnect and reconnect suggestions.
