I just received a new Roku Streambar Pro. There is a problem with the volume control on the Roku remote. When I press the volume control it takes about 4 seconds before it will respond and change the volume, by that time I've already hit the button again. If I just hold down the volume button on the remote it will again take about 4 seconds to respond the volume will then jump up or down a few numbers and stop for a few seconds and then jump up or down more and stop for a few seconds. This is maddening and there is no way I can keep this product if it is going to act like this. I’ve repaired the remote twice and that has not helped. Is there a fix for this?
I factory reset my new, poorly functioning, Roku Streambar (not so Pro) and repaired the remote. This did not fix the problem.
