Netflix keeps buffering while watching

I have a Roku TV (7201X; Model LC-43LBU591C; Serial # YN00GX117975; Software Version 9.2.0)

Since April 26, 2020, Netflix has started to buffer every few minutes. If we don't do anything and let it go, it will say 'unable to play this title', if we press the back button and back into the show, it will play for a few minutes and then start buffering again. This is beyond frustrating. Here are all the things I have tried that have NOT helped:

-I have unplugged the Roku TV for more than 3 minutes
-I have uninstalled the Netflix Channel and re-installed it.
-I have unplugged my modem and router and re-started it.
-I have changed my Netflix password
None of these have helped.
Please help?

Thanks for the note.

Please make sure when removing the channel, that you restart your Roku TV before adding the channel back again.
