I see others have had this problem, but there isn’t a solution in any of those posts that work so I’m trying again. I just bought a new 65” TCL Roku TV. Set it up and couldn’t install Netflix or YouTube. I keep getting “There is not enough space to add the selected channel.” I have restarted, cleared the cache, factory reset (several times), and even tried creating a new Roku account. Still no luck.
Is there a fix? If so what is it? It’s clearly a Roku issue since it’s across multiple platforms. You’d think as a publicly traded company, they’d be on top of this. They advertise these channels and know they can’t provide them. That’s fraud. I wonder if a class-action suit would wake them up. Please fix this now!
Hello @Ktkline
We're sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing.
Have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.

It’s not the TV. A simple search of these forums shows that this occurs across devices. It’s a Roku problem.
