Netflix and Prime not launching on Roku TV 8303x

I have a Roku TV 8303x with latest update of SW 10.0.0 build 4214-71

Internet is strong.  Starz opens fine 

I have removed the channels and re loses them.  Checked for updates on each as well. 

I have powered off the TV. 
It still not even launch open Netflix nor Prime.  
my accounts are current with no other users.   I can watch either from other device like iPhone.   
Please can anyone help?

Ok after trying this all again -it’s now working.   I can’t explain why it took it twice to do but glad it’s fixed.
