We understand you are having trouble with your ONN Roku TV, which keeps going black and still hears a sound.
We'd be more than happy to look into this further. For us to help you better, we will ask a set of questions to isolate the issue:
- When did you notice the issue start?
- What is your device's OS version?
- Are there any changes in the setup or settings of your Roku device or your network provider that might cause the problem?
- Does the issue occur only on a specific channel while streaming or on all the channels installed on your Roku device?
