My wireless is giving 00:00:00:00:00:00

I have tried all of the above troubleshooting steps and nothing seems to work

We'd like to gather more information about the issue you're running into. How long has the issue been occurring? What Roku model device are you using? In addition, can you please specify the exact steps you are taking to reproduce this issue so we can investigate further?
