hello my name is Sakeybia Lowe and my roku tv still isn’t working. My tv has a blue color on it. The screen is not showing at all. Can someone give me a call and let me know if they are picking my tv up to replace it or what. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone for the past week or so, if you can please help me. I’m stuck

Have you tried contacting your Roku TV manufacturer support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their products running the Roku OS.
