My provider is not listed

I have 2 other devices and this is the third.   No problem before but my internet provider is not on the list and their tech could not help.

What are you trying to do?  Some apps require a TV provider to access content, but that's not the same as an Internet provider.

What are you trying to do?  Some apps require a TV provider to access content, but that's not the same as an Internet provider.
