My audio and video don’t match on Roku TV

Can anyone tell me how to fix my TCL Ruko tv.

While  channel surfing this morning I landed on QVC when I returned back to Good  Morning America I had the audio from good morning America with the  frozen picture from QVC.  I turned off the TV all day and when I turned it back on to watch the evening news I have the same problem. I have tried all the recommended help hInts.

Are you viewing this content through the channel on the Roku Home screen or are you watching the content through your TV or cable provider?
