My TV suddenly stopped showing anything on the home screen except for the live TV and the icons on the back of the TV to plug things into. I have tried resetting it till I am blue in the face. I tried downloading the updates onto a USB and it tells be the software on the TV is more up to date that the stuff I just downloaded from Roku. The error code 003 comes up every time I try to update the software. It is beyond frustrating.
