Must re-activate Roku streambar every time I use it. And it unexpectedly shuts down.

I am able to set up my Roku Streambar, but every time I use it I have to re-enter my wifi password and reactivate my account. Every time, without fail. It also often shuts down unexpectedly after just a few minutes.  Has anyone had this problem?  I don't seem to be able to find a posting on this.

Thanks for the post.

Are you having to setup your Streambar every time like it has been factory reset?

Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times) - in this case, please provide a tracker ID after this issue occurs

Once we have this information we will be able to assist you further.
