Mobile app not connecting to TV

My Roku hasn't switched off. I still have the screensaver rolling on it. But my mobile app won't connect to it. Never had a problem with it before 

The only reason I have the mobile app is because we lost the original remote (and this is the ONLY t.v. in history, that I've ever even heard of, with NO control buttons ON it.

... And ya. I know this is being moderated, but I've contacted the 'support' section quite a few times about this, with NO results/responses.

You sure it doesn't have buttons? Try underneath in the center of the tv, feel for keys.
