I have 2 55" roku tvs and both are missing guide information. I have read all the possible fixes and none work. I'm taking these tv's and dumping them. Also hate recommended shows at the top of the guide. I'm not going through your process of sending all the info because people have already done that and nothing is solved.
Going to ONN AND FIRESTICK. NO PROBLEM THERE.
