Mi roku tv ya no reconoce mi red 5G

Mi Roku tv parece ya no reconocer la red 5G de mi router, cuando la compre si la detectaba y incluso la conecte en ella todo normal hasta que el día de antier hubo un apagón en mi calle (Gracias gobierno tercermundista.) y cuando volvió la luz ya no aparece la red 5G solo la normal o la 2.4 y cuando intento conectarla de manera directa por la opción de "Red Privada" a la hora de conectarse me muestra un error 014.30 y me pide que reinicie el modem y la televisión ese mismo día intente esta supuesta "solución" unas 8 veces seguidas y no se solucionó, ¿saben alguna forma de arreglar esto?

Please be aware that the Roku Community only supports the English language and we had to use Google Translate to understand your inquiry.

This would appear to be a wireless network issue. Have you tried rebooting your wireless network or contacting your ISP to see what insight they can provide?

@Joseph8, Roku devices don't support DFS channels.  If your router's 5GHz channel is set to "Auto" set it to a channel below 50 or above 150.

Hello, the same problem has happened to me, except that my Roku does not connect to WiFi 2.4 and the 5G WiFi does not appear, can you explain to me the procedure you mention?

We want to better understand this and be of support. Has this been used previously or has it only recently been activated? Would you please let us know what error message you encounter when attempting to connect as well? Have you attempted any troubleshooting? If not, what failed?
