Hey I need somebody help my tcl tv won’t allow me to connect my internet with it the MAC address has all 0s

TCL has been notorious for having issues with their networking hardware. But this is hardware related, so you need to contact TCL for support. You could try a factory reset, but if there's truly a problem with the network adapter that won't make any difference.
