I lost the remote to my Roku TV and there are no power buttons on the side. I attempted downloading the app but i have to have the ip address from my tv to activate the mobile remote. How can I turn on and use my tv without the remote?

On the bottom of the tv, go to the middle, underneath are the keys there? If the Roku tv hasn't been reset, and its still connected to the internet, make sure your cellphone is set to the same network and password.

Please contact your TV's manufacturer directly to report this issue and request additional support. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
