I keep getting a message when I change channels "Live than only be paused for a limited amount of time". Don't know what I hit but I want to get rid of it. Any suggestions appreciated !

It's possible that you what you are experiencing is related to Live TV pause. However, we would be happy to investigate this issue further.
Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
Once we have this information, we will be able to investigate further.
