I’m trying to connect another Roku tv to my account. It sent an email for activation but I get an error message. I went to the website and clicked link another device and then it wants me to enter the code on the tv but there is no code on the tv. I don’t know what to do. Can anybody help?

What brand is the Roku TV that you are trying to activate? If the TV brand is Hisense, we were aware of an issue regarding activating those specific model TVs yesterday, which has already been resolved. Are you still experiencing this issue?
