I am having the same issue. The line is there when I'm watching movies it is also on the home screen. I tried the factory reset but it is still there. Please let me know when the fix is available.

This would appear to be a hardware issue. Have you tried contacting TCL support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their products running the Roku OS.

That does not look like it’s the same issue. Looks more like an hardware problem.
