Internet Connection Problem

Hey there ! so for the past few months I’ve been having problems with my Roku TV not connecting to the internet— like it was working fine for about 2 years. Then about three months ago it would stop connecting to the internet and only twice it had start working again for a few day then went back to not connecting. There’s several Wi-Fi networks around me and none of them are showing up. It’s saying no networks found. We tried restarting the router, moving it closer, restarting the tv, factory restart, disabling network— I don’t know what else to do. Any feedback would be appreciated. 

my system info is:

Roku tv : C190X 

TLC model : 55S421

software: 10.5.0 build: 4210-93

Thanks for the post.

Who is your ISP (internet service provider)? Have you tried connecting the TV to an alternate wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you can connect?
