I have an Insignia Roku TV which has worked fine for almost 4 years. I installed the Roku update about a month ago and now the TV will not connect to the internet.. sometimes it does connect but then the TV will restart itself in the middle of a program or drop the connection, buffer for about 5 min then reconnect. All my other devices within my home connect to WiFi just fine. I have restarted everything, updated Spectrum's equipment, returned the TV back to factory settings, I have reset the network connections..you name it I did it... NOTHING WORKS!!!! Ever since this Roku update, my TV will not connect to WiFi. Roku is telling me it's Insignia's problem.. if the Roku update did something to the TVs to prevent connecting to the WiFi, then it is Roku's problem. They need to fix it.
Thanks for the post.
